Terms of Service

These terms govern purchase and use of Olympus Agents software (Zeus, Apollo, and bundle licenses) sold at olympusagents.ai. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.

You receive a perpetual license key bound to one production machine per key, plus the first year of maintenance included in the upfront price. After that year, optional maintenance is billed monthly and may be cancelled anytime.

Software runs on your infrastructure. You are responsible for securing API credentials and business data entered during setup. Olympus does not host your CRM, mail, or accounting data.

Bug-fix patches are provided at no additional charge during an active maintenance period. Major upgrades may be priced separately when released.
