Refund Policy

Software licenses are generally non-refundable after download and activation key delivery. Contact support within 14 days if the product cannot be installed on supported systems — we will troubleshoot or offer a refund when we cannot resolve a legitimate compatibility issue.

Maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; access continues through the paid period. Unused months are not prorated after cancellation takes effect at period end.
